Guys Night Out!

What a treat! Ryler, Grandpa and me all went to the Auto Expo! We saw some seriously sweet rides and Ryler was so fascinated with the bright lights and shiny cars. We had so much fun. I just couldn't decide, black or silver?

Chillin' With My Homie

Ryler got together with his good buddy Graham this weekend. They were a little weirded out by each other but they shared toys and blankets and got along great! You can tell they're gonna be good friends.

Doing It Dad's Way

I had a great time with my little buddy on Saturday! We stayed in our pj's half the day, ate without using napkins, then went shirtless the rest of the day! Haha, Ryler's gotta love time with Daddy, even if Mom isn't a huge fan ;)

Sitting Pretty

So our seating dilemma is solved! We found these gorgeous leather couches at Costco! Yea, Costco! There are 4 recliners built into those bad boys and they couldn't be more comfortable! Now we can have people over without being embarrassed when we ask them to sit on the floor! We're absolutely loving having a full family room now. A special shout out and thanks to Mom and Pop Bingham for making it possible for us to get these and Mom and Dad Castillo for making the delivery.

Sitting On My Own!

Oh my gosh this is HUGE! Little Ryler is sitting up on his own already!! He can't even roll his big body over yet but he's sitting up all by himself!! Oh my goodness we couldn't be more proud! We can't wipe the smile off our faces.

So we decided we needed some more seating options in our front room and wanted to get a new sofa loveseat set. So we put our couch up for sale thinking it would take a while to sell and we would explore our options in the meantime. Well our couch sold in 4 minutes!! So this is what our front room looks like now. Last night we had movie night on our floor! Kinda fun actually :)

Utes Roll Over Tide

Unbelievable! Absolutely insane! Words can't begin to describe the magnitude of the once in a lifetime moment experienced by the entire nation on Friday January 2! So I won't say much more about it except that Utah pulled back and punched Alabama right in the mouth and they never recovered! Utah completely man-handled what was supposed to be one of the most physical teams in the country. How absolutely embarrassing for Alabama, the SEC, and the rest of the BCS elitists! There was no doubt Utah was the better and more dominant team on the field. What an epic win for the Utes! Our pride is busting and flying furiously for all to see.

Up All Night, Sleep All Day

This little stud partied the night away and spent most of New Year's Day catching up on some much needed rest.

New Year's Rockin' Eve

What a fun New Year's Eve! We had Mom and Dad over and rocked the night away! It was a blast!

I'm A Rockstar!

Madi is a true rocker! She loves to sing and is SO good at it! She's got the rockstar attitude down pretty good too :)

Snow Day!

Talk about some serious snow fun! We made a giant snow shrek type creature that stares into our kitchen and a giant snow fort. And there's still snow to spare!

The Holidays Can Be Exhausting

All these new toys are just too overwhelming! I need a nap.

Christmas At The Castillos

If you've never experienced a Christmas at the Castillos, it's quite the adventure. Some of this year's highlights included a new sony blu-ray player, the hottest blu-ray discs out, a 22inch widescreen computer monitor, and oh yea a 1080p high def flat panel LCD. We are grateful and humbled by their generosity.

A White Christmas!

This had to be one of the snowiest Christmases in Pleasant Grove history! Turns out this was only the calm before the storm. The rest of the day was nothing but white-out blizzard-like conditions!! A white Christmas to be sure!

Bingham Family Christmas Eve Program

Starting off with some sushi appetizers then on to the main event, prime rib! After that, the annual Christmas Eve program. This is where we unveil the Bingham family motto for the year. This year's theme is "Hold On Thy Way". The evening is always very well put together and always a great time. This year was no exception.

This little guy does not like posing for pictures. Just seconds ago he was laughing, smiling from ear to ear and just chatting it up. But the second the camera comes out he just gets this blank stare. Every time without fail. Luckily he's still the cutest thing ever even with a blank stare :)

Havin' A Good Time

Ryler has loved being with his aunts and uncles and grandma and grandpa and favorite cousin this weekend! He's been so cute and we've all just laughed our guts out all weekend long!

Seriously!

Obsessed doesn't come close to describing my love affair with Gears of War 2. From the campaign to the online multiplayer to the unbelievably cool and fun horde mode to the limited edition gold plated lancer, I just can't get enough! Chainsaw battles and plantable frags... I can't think of anything I don't absolutely love about this game! The variety of available executions, new weapons, bigger bader enemies, unbelievably engrossing worlds, massive and epic battles, the game has it all and so much more! I can not overstate how much I love this game!

Carnival Fun

Madi went to a carnival with her grandma (my mom) and had the time of her life! From face painting to prize drawings and donut bobbing I think it's safe to say a great time was had by all. And I was eternally grateful for Grandma's help because Ryler was requiring enough attention on his own. It's so nice to have a mom who will step in and help out like that. She's probably the funnest grandma ever and has been a real life-saver more than once.

Oh Snap!

All of my wildest dreams have come true! After pre-purchasing the limited edition 9 months ago my life is finally complete! If you don't hear from me for the next 6 months you know where I'll be!
